The supermarket is the mainstream vendor of high quality pork supply chain,its quality safety behavior has directly influences on the maintenance and improvement of the pork quality safe level.The quality safety behavior of supermarket is complex system engineering,which consist of supply chain logistics behavior,environmental health management behavior,quality trace behavior and auxiliary management behavior.In a certain function mode,the three factors transformed the dynamic mechanism,promotion mechanism,guarantee mechanism and evolution mechanism.Research shows that the formation of good quality safety behavior is an evolution process which evolves from lower level to higher under the joint action of driving force,promoting force,guarantee force and evolution force.
