磁疗并超声疗法治疗瘢痕增生疗效观察

Effect of Magnetotherapy and Ulrasonotherapy Combining Therapy on the Cicatricial Hyperplasia

探讨磁疗并超声疗法综合应用治疗瘢痕增生的疗效。方法采用磁疗并超声疗法，对60例瘢痕增生患者进行治疗观察，并以单纯磁疗及单纯超声疗法治疗各60例作对照，治疗结束评定疗效，经Ridit分析。结果综合治疗结果，治愈显效率、总有效率分别为85％及100％；单纯磁疗组为63％及96％；单纯超声组为70％及95％。综合治疗组优于两对照组（X2＝7．46．P值＜0．05）。结论磁疗并超声治疗瘢痕增生效果更佳，宜于推广。

Objective In order to study the therapeutical effect of magnetother and ultrasonotherapy combining therapy on cicalricial hyperplasia.Methods 180 cases of cicatricial hyperplasia were divided into three groups: the first group (n = 60) was treatedwith magnetotherapy and ultrasonotherapy together. The second (n = 60) and the third (n = 60) group were treated withmagnetotherapy and ultrasonotherapy as control groups. The statistical analysis of data was controI groups. The statisticalanaIysis of data was cdried out by Ridit.Results The marked effective and the total effective rate were 85 % and 100 % respectively in magnetotherapy andultrasonotherapy together. The amrked effective and the total effective rate were 63% and 96% respectivelyin magnetotherapy. The narked effective and total effective rate were 70% and 95% in ultrasonotherapy. The synthetic treatmentgroup were better than thosSe of other two control groups (x2 = 7. 46, P < 0. 05 ).Conclusion It is showed that the magnetotherapy and ultrasonotherapy combining therapy on cicatricial hyperplasiahave a effect. it is worth to spread.
