摘要
目的:研究了玉米须多糖对肾上腺素所致高血糖小鼠的影响.方法:采用皮下注射0.1%肾上腺素造小鼠高血糖模型,观察造模后30、60、90 min后小鼠血糖的变化,90 m in时取肝脏等脏器,测定肝糖原含量并计算脏器指数.结果:玉米须多糖中、高剂量组能明显降低60 min和90 min肾上腺素所致高血糖小鼠的血糖值,并增加小鼠体内肝糖原含量,与模型组比较差异显著P<0.05.结论:玉米须多糖具有明显的对抗对肾上腺素所致高血糖的作用,并增加小鼠体内肝糖原储备.
Objective: To study the hypoglycemic action of corn silk polysaccharide in adrenaline-induced model mice.Methods:Use mice subcutaneous injection of adrenaline method and determine the content of hepatic glycogen.Results:The middle and high groups could significantly decrease the blood glucose level in adrenaline model mice at 60min and 90min,and increase the content of hepatic glycogen.Conclusion:Corn silk polysaccharide could antagonize adrenaline-induced rise of serum glucose level and increase the content of hepatic glycogen.
