企业群体公民行为内容结构实证探讨 被引量:1

摘要 本文通过对以工作小组(或团队)为单位抽取的1299名企业员工的一系列调查,主要采用因素分析的方法,设计了我国文化背景下的企业群体公民行为问卷。结果表明,我国企业群体公民行为是一个四维度的结构,分别是:群体道德、组织忠诚、团队精神和助人行为。经检验,本研究所开发的企业群体公民行为问卷具有较高的信效度。
