三维超声诊断纵隔子宫的价值

The diagnostic value of transvaginal three-dimensional ultrasound in septate uterus

目的探讨经阴道三维超声对纵隔子宫的诊断价值。方法对21例可疑纵隔子宫的患者行经阴道二维超声及经阴道三维超声扫查,并与宫腔镜或子宫输卵管碘油结果进行对照。结果经阴道二维超声诊断完全性纵隔子宫3例,不完全性纵隔子宫15例,误诊3例。经阴道三维超声诊断完全性纵隔子宫3例,不完全性纵隔子宫15例,双角子宫2例,正常子宫1例。经阴道三维超声与宫腔镜或子宫输卵管造影结果符合率为100%,经阴道二维超声符合率为85.7%。结论经阴道三维超声对纵隔子宫的诊断是一种可靠的诊断方法,具有重要的临床价值。

Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of transvaginal three-dimensional ultrasound（3D-TVS） in septate uterus.Methods The 21 patients suspected as septate uterus were scanned by transvaginal two-dimensional ultrasound（2D-TVS） or 3D-TVS and then the ultrasonic results were compared with that of hysterography or X-ray examination.Results In 2D-TVS there were 3 cases with completed and 15 incompleted uteres septus,while 3D-TVS depicted 3 cases with completed and 15 incompleted uteres septus;1 normal,and 2 cases with bicornuate uterus;compared with hysterography and X-ray exam,the diagnostic accordance rate of 3D-TVS was 100%,and 2D-TVS 85.7%.Conclusion 3D-TVS is a feasible way with important clinical value for diagnosing septate uterus.
