History and Present Status of Public Information Pactices of Chinese Communist Party

中国共产党十七届四中全会提出了建立党委新闻发言人制度的重大任务。在中国共产党建党90周年华诞之际,如何深刻认识我党新闻发布的历史和分析我党新闻发布的现状,是放在我们面前的一个新课题。从我党发展史的角度,依据我党发展的不同历史时期,较为全面地梳理了我党新闻发布工作的历史。并在此基础上,对不同历史时期我党新闻发布工作进行了分析。与此同时,还就我党新闻发布制度建立的问题提出了作者的看法。

The Fourth Plenum of the 17th CPC put forward the goal of instituting the system of party-committee public information officers.with the coming of the 90th birthday of the communist party,it is important to examine the history and development of press conferences.This paper reviews the history of communist-party public information work,in light of the development of the party.On top of that,we analyze the public information work at different stages.Meanwhile,we discuss establishing the public information system from different perspectives.
