A controlled study of recent memory disturbance in the patients with Binswanger's disease

探讨Ｂｉｎｓｗａｎｇｅｒ病患者记忆障碍的特点。方法：采用《临床记忆量表手册》进行施测。结果： Ｂｉｎｓｗａｎｇｅｒ病患者组记忆商（ＭＱ）、指向记忆、联想学习、图像自由回忆和人像特点联系回忆成绩均显著低于对照 组（Ｐ＜０．０１－０．００１），而无意义图形再认与对照组相比无明显差异（Ｐ＞０．０５）。结论：Ｂｉｎｓｗａｎｇｅｒ病患者近记忆 障碍的特点是再认障碍不明显，而主动回忆、抽象概念的记忆与学习能力明显下降。

To explore the characterization of memory disturbance in the patients with Binswanger's disease (BD). Methods: The Clinical Memory Test was used. Results: The scores of MQ, directed memory, paired-association lear ing, free recall of pictures, and association recall of characters of somebody's picture in the patients with BD were signifiocantly less than those in the control group (P<0.01-0.001). However,the score of recognition for meaningless shapes in the patients with BD had no marked difference compared with that in the control group (P>0.05). Conclusion: The characteriza tion of recent memory disturbance in the patients with BD is that the ability of active recall,memory and learning of abstract ideas markedly decreased, but the disturbance of recognition was not significant.
