结核菌耐药性检测方法的规范与空间质评

初步探索适合我国国情的结核菌耐药性检测的室间质量评价办法，促进其规范化、标准化。方 法：以ＷＨＯ结核菌耐药性检测室间评价方案为依据，制定我省该项工作的室间质量评价方案，选定４个基层实 验室为试点初步实施。结果：河南省参加 ＷＨＯ耐药监测室间质控正确率平均为８９％，本省质控试点的４个实验 室三批结果显示，正确率依次为６１．４％、７５．２％、８４．９％，Ｐ＜０．０５。结论：开展结核菌耐药性检测的室间质量评价 应由质控中心统一提供含药培养基。

<Abstracts >Objective: To study on external quality assessment of drug resistance testing based on condition of china andstandardize the examination. Methods: The external quality assessment scheme of M. Tuberculosis (M. TB)drug resistance testing was established in Henan province according to the scheme of WHO. Four peripheral labs participated in the preliminarystudy. Results: The accuracy rate results was percent 89 when Henan province took part in external quality control of WHO.Three the data from four participating labs were analyzed that the accuracy rate results were percent 61.4,75.2,84.9 respectively. There are significantly difference among the three times (P<0.05). Conclusion: It is necessary that control centersupply Drug Medium to participating labs in implementing external quality assessment of M. TB drug resistance testing.
