发动机齿轮系铜套装配方法浅析 被引量:1

摘要 发动机的齿轮系,主要的功能是将曲轴的旋转运动,按一定的方向和传动比,传递到发动机各辅助系统,用以驱动凸轮轴、机油泵、输油泵、水泵等附件工作。齿轮铜套装配加工质量不能得到保证,同轴度差就会造成齿轮间的啮合间隙不均匀,运转噪声大。冷态下局部过小间隙还会造成热膨胀状态下无间隙而使铜套受损。通过对铜套车削和推削加工两种不同装配加工方法在效率、精度等方面的对比,证明了推削加工方法不但保证了铜套与齿轮的同轴度,提高了铜套的表面粗糙度,也提高了齿轮装配的工作效率。 The engine gear train functions to deliver the rotary motion of the crankshaft transfer to engine auxiliary systems in certain direction and transmission ratio and to drive the camshaft,oil pump,fuel pump,water pumps and other accessories.If copper bushings can not be machined and assembled in reliable quality,the coaxial error appears,causing uneven gear meshing and noisy running.In cold state,excessive small gap in partial zone can cause free-clearance under thermal expansion effect and cause the copper bushing damaged.To compare the turning process to the push broaching process with which the copper bushing is machined in efficiency and assembly precision push broaching,it is proved that the push broaching process may obtain a reliable coaxiality between that copper bushing and gear,make a better surface roughness and high assembling efficiency.
