摘要
为了探讨骨炎Ⅰ号治疗急性骨髓炎的作用机制。参考Stefan[1] 的造模方法,将金黄色葡萄球菌液注入Wister大白鼠股静脉中,成功地造成动物胫骨骨髓炎模型,灌胃给予药物。通过观察体温、WBC、C3b 受体花环率及红细胞免疫复合物花环率、血清溶酶体含量、组织学检查及抑菌试验。结果发现骨炎Ⅰ号组与模型组或正常组之间有非常显著性差异(P< 0.01);在免疫学指标方面骨炎Ⅰ号优于青霉素组(P< 0.05)。实验充分表明骨炎Ⅰ号有明显的抗炎、抑菌及提高机体免疫力的作用。
In order to inquire into the effect mechanism of chinese medicine ‘Gu-Yan No.Ⅰ’ for acute osteomyelitis, according to Stefan's method, [1] the solution of staphylococcus aureus was injected into the femoral Venous of Wister rat and the model of acute hemotogenous osteomyelitis was established successfully. Through the observation of body temperature、WBC、rosette rae of C3b receptor and redcell immune、serum lysozyme content、histopathologic examination and bacteriostatic test,the results found the animals between the group of ‘Gu-Yan No.Ⅰ' and model or normal were more significantly (P<0.01), in respect of immunity between the group of ‘Gu-Yan No.Ⅰ' and penicilline were significantly (P<0.05).The experiment fully demonstrated the effect of ‘Gu-Yan No.Ⅰ' had antiinflammation,bacteriostasis and inproving the organism immune function.
