摘要
目的：观察中药对经皮穿刺腰椎间盘切吸术疗效的影响，及对切吸术后疼痛的治疗效果。方法：１．腰椎间盘突出症患者行切吸术前后服用中药的观察组与单行手术的对照组进行疗效对比；２．对切吸术后疼痛患者分别给予中药及西药消炎痛。比较两药的止痛效果。结果：切吸术前后服用中药的观察组疗效明显优于单行手术的对照组（优率及优良率Ｐ＜ ０．００１，０．０１）；中药对切吸术后疼痛的止痛效果也明显优于西药消炎痛（优率及优良率均Ｐ＜０．００１）。结论：中药可明显提高切吸术疗效。
Purpose:To evalvate the effect of using Chinese herbal medicine(CHM) in percutaneous lumbar diskectomy (PLD).Material and metods:252 cases were divided randomly into four groups:Group A were treated using CHM and PLD while Group B were only treated using PLD as control; Group C were treated using CHM after PLD while Group D were treated using indomethacin after PLD as control.Results:The effect of Group A was significant difference from that of Group B (P<0.001);The analgesia of Group C was significant difference from that of Group D (P<0.001).Conclusion:CHM could significantly peromote the effect of PLD and had analgsia after PLD.
