摘要
采用索氏提取法、超声法和微波法三种方法分别提取麦冬根、果实和叶的活性多糖,并采用蒽酮-硫酸法显色后利用紫外可见分光光度计测定其含量,三种提取方法的实验结果结果显示麦冬多糖只在麦冬的根部存在,其果实和叶不含麦冬多糖。
The different method of Soxhlet extraction,ultrasoni and microwave were used to pick-up the ophi-opogon polysaccharide from ophipogon 's root,fruit and leaf.H2SO4-anthrone method was used to chromogenic reaction.After that the content of Polysaccharide was determined by ultraviolet Spectrophotometer.The result showed ophiopogon polysaccharides in Ophiopogon was only detected at its root,and its fruit and leaves didn't contain ophiopogon polysaccharides.
