筋膜下脱袖式子宫改良式全切术探讨

Study on off-sleeve Type Hysterectomy Under Fasciae

目的 :改进传统的子宫全切 ,保障受术者健康 ,提供其生活质量。方法 :对 10 8例有子宫全切指征的病人实行筋膜下脱袖式子宫全切术 ,采取从子宫AV血管结扎线结上宫颈肌层上方锐性剥下宫颈筋膜 ,至宫颈外口平面环行切开 ,切除子宫及颈管腺体。结果 :本术式与传统术式相比 :手术时间明显缩短 ,出血少 ,损伤小 ,病人恢复快。结论 :凡有子宫全切指征的良性病例均可采用本术式 ,除有上述优点外 ,术中由于子宫骶骨韧带和主韧带未受损伤 ,不影响对盆腔脏器的支持和承托能力 。

OBJECTIVE:To improve the traditional hysterectomy and help patients improve their lives quality. METHODS:108 patients were treated by off-sleeve type hysterectomy under fasciae.RESULTS:compared with the traditional operation.It was less bleeding and injured.And also operative time was remarkable shorter.Patients would make a quick recovery.CONCLUSION:the impaired hysterectomy did not damage uterosacral ligament and cardinal ligament.keeping for nix vaginae integrated.It was applicable to those whom having uterus cut indication.
