摘要
[目的]了解非在编护士自由流动意愿的基本情况,并对其影响因素进行分析,为制订稳定非在编护士队伍的措施提供科学依据。[方法]采用自行设计的调查问卷,对随机抽样的各等级医疗机构在职非在编护士进行调查,计算非在编护士自由流动意愿率,并应用Logistic回归分析方法分析其影响因素。[结果]非在编护士总的自由流动意愿率为67.25%,其中一级、二级、三级医疗机构各自的比例为73.97%、71.04%、65.16%;月收入越低的非在编护士,其自由流动意愿率越高;"认为自由流动对本人有影响""认为自由流动对医院有影响"的非在编护士比例高达6 8.5 6%和74.50%;影响非在编护士自由流动意愿的因素包括"对工作是否满意""对目前收入是否满意""认为在医院是否有发展前途""在医院是否感受到尊重"及"与同事关系是否融洽"。[结论]非在编护士自由流动意愿率高,应根据相关影响因素,有针对性地采取措施,维护非在编护士队伍的稳定。
Objective:To know about the basic situation of free flow intend of extra-organizational nurses,and to analyze its influence factors,so as to provide some scientific evidences for working out measures to make some extra-organizational nurses team stable.Methods The on-the-job and extra-organizational nurses who were randomly selected from medical institutions at different levels were investigated by using self-designed questionnaire,then to calculate free flow intend rate of them and to analyge influence factors by Logistic regression analysis.Results: The total rate of free flow intend of extra-organizational nurses was 67.25%,and respective percentage was 73.97%,71.04%,65.16% in the first,the second,and the third level medical institutions;The lower the income of these nurses was among nurses,the higher the rate was among nurses.Rates of extra-organizational nurses who"thought free flow had influence on themselves" and"thought free flow had effect on the hospital" was up to 68.56% and 74.50%.The influence factors of free flow intend of extra-organizational nurses included "satisfied at work or not ","satisfied at the current income or not ","thinking a promising in the hospital","whether feeling respected in the hospital"and"whether harmonious relationship with colleagues ".Conclusion:The rate of free flow intend of extra-organizational nurses is high.One should take measures targetedly to maintain the stability of its extra-organizational nurse team based on its related influence factors.
