前列腺电切术中应用充气式保温毯保温效果观察 被引量:4

摘要 [目的]探讨充气式保温毯在前列腺电切术(TURP)病人围术期保温效果。[方法]随机将40例TURP病人分为保温组、对照组。保温组使用充气式保温毯进行保温,对照组采用常规方法保温。观察两组围术期体温、血压变化及寒战发生率。[结果]保温组病人在手术开始后60 min9、0 min、120 min、术毕的体温、血压变化均明显低于对照组(P<0.05);术中、术毕寒战发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]充气式保温毯能有效预防TURP术中寒战、减轻心肺负荷,预防并发症的发生。
