摘要
从延长油田采油厂的土样中分离出一株不动杆菌BYS6(Acinetobacter sp.),在以甘油为碳源的培养基中发酵可产生生物表面活性剂,红外光谱检测该产物为糖脂类生物表面活性剂,在25℃室温条件下将发酵培养基表面张力从69.8mN/m降低至32.3mN/m左右。对原油的乳化降粘效果良好,9d后乳化相仍可保持86%。经测定其临界胶来浓度CMC值为70mg/L。该产物性能稳定,在不同温度、pH和矿化度条件下表面活性剂性能保持不变。
A strain of bacteria able to produce biosurfactant was isolated from Yanchang oil field.It was identified as acinetobacter sp.The biosurfactant in fermentation broth that was identified as glycolipid by IR,was able to reduce the surface tension of medium from 69.8 mN/m to 32.3 mN/m.the biosurfactant had a good emulsification activity,the emulsified fluid could be stabilized over 86%for 9d.The critical micellar concentration (CMC)was found to be 70 mg/L.we also evaluated the effect of different temperatures, salinity concentrations,and pH on biosurfactant production.
