摘要 针对大型武器装备组成结构复杂,在操作使用过程中发生故障后,故障原因不易分析和处理的问题,通过分析大型武器装备故障基本属性及传播特性,提出采用故障建模与仿真的方法,建立故障属性描述模型及状态参数数据库,采用神经网络算法进行故障传播推理,模拟故障现象及发展流程,计算出故障发生概率。该技术对大型武器装备维修提供了理论指导,具备良好的实用价值,为分析和研究其他装备或系统故障提供技术参考。 Because of the complexity of the large-scale armament equipment,the faults which take place when the equipment is used are difficult to analyze and deal with.For the problem,a method of fault modeling and simulation was proposed by analyzing fault's basic properties and propagation characteristics.And the fault attribute description model and state parameter database were set up.Then the fault propagation with simulation technology and neural network arithmetic was reasoned to simulate the fault phenomenon and its development process.So the fault probability was worked out.This technology provides theory guidance for maintaining large-scale armament equipment,possesses favorable practical value,and supplies technical reference for the fault analysis and research of other equipments or systems.
