医用耗材分类编码与统一高效的监管体系

A comprehensive system for classification and coding of medical consumables

目的:分析医用耗材分类编码存在的问题,提出从根本上解决分类代码问题、提升监管水平的办法。方法:对不同的医用耗材分类编码进行对比研究,对相关各方对分类编码的需求进行分析。结果:现有的医用耗材分类编码水平不高,效率低下,根本无法满足各方的监管需求。结论:必须统一医用耗材分类编码,以降低管理成本、加强医疗安全、构建统一高效的监管体系。

Objective：To analyze the problems existing in classification and coding of medical consumables at present to put forward some methods which can fundamentally solve the problems and enhance the level of supervision. Methods：A contrastive study was conducted for classification and coding of different kinds of medical consumables. Meanwhile,the requirements of relevant parties for the classification and coding were analyzed. Results：The prevailing classification and coding systems led to inefficiency of the supervision and administration of medical consumables. However,they could not meet the requirements of the relevant parties. Conclusion：From the point of view of lowering administrative costs,improving the level of medical security and building highly efficient system of supervision and administration,it is necessary to unify the classification and coding system of medical consumables.
