目的:探讨医疗设备质量控制人才培养、教育及引进的重要性,加快医院医疗设备质量控制人才队伍建设。方法:分析当前质量控制人员流失的原因及人才队伍建设存在的不足,提出加快质量控制人才队伍建设的有效方法及相应对策。结果:培养和健全一支医疗设备质量控制队伍,充分发挥其各自职能作用,对保证医院设备质量控制工作顺利进行十分必要。结论:构建科学有效的质量控制人才保留与使用机制,加快建设一支技术应用人才、指挥人才和管理人才在内的质量控制人才队伍,是提高医疗质量的重要保证。

Objective：To discuss the significance of medical equipment quality control team＇s importing,training and education to speed up building a medical equipments quality control team. Methods：We analyze the cause of the insufficiency of hospital medical equipment quality control personnel and limitation in the team building; proposes some efficient resolutions on speeding up building a medical equipments quality control team. Results：To insure the medical equipments work functionally,it is very necessary to build a medical equipment quality control team and to make sure the team can play their roles efficiently. Conclusion：Constructing a set of effective principles of recruiting,training and engaging of personnel,speeding up construction of a quality control team including both technical professional and management professional are vital for improving the medical equipment quality control.
