摘要
目的:体部γ刀是以提高疗效、降低放射损伤为目的的立体定向放射治疗设备,已被广泛应用于临床实践,并取得了一定的治疗效果。方法:体部γ刀作为立体定向放射治疗,用于全身实质器官的治疗。结果:在局部晚期非小细胞肺癌治疗上获得了局控率高、副作用小的好结果。结论:体部γ刀选择治疗Ⅲ期非小细胞肺癌的病例,可提高局部剂量,近期疗效好,局部控制率高,放射反应轻。
Objective：Stereotactic body radiotherapy （Body γ-knife） has generally been used in clinical practice,and has gained satisfactory therapeutic efficacy. Methods：In the thesis,the clinic therapy principle and application in region advanced stage non small lung cancer of stereotactic body radiotherapy was introduced. Results：The method was good for control of the disease. Conclusion：The knife is suitable for treatment of regional advanced stage non small-cell lung cancer since it can be used to promote regional volume of radiation and reduce radioactive reaction.
