摘要
目的研究姜黄素对三氯化铝所致痴呆模型大鼠学习记忆能力和海马内β-淀粉样前体蛋白(β-APP)阳性神经元的影响,以期探讨姜黄素抗老年性痴呆的作用机制。方法用三氯化铝致老年性痴呆模型大鼠为实验对象,以其学习记忆能力、背海马和齿状回内β-APP阳性神经元的数量为指标,全面考察姜黄素抗老年性痴呆的作用。结果姜黄素(0.1,0.3,1.0 g?kg-1?d-1,ig),能明显对抗老年性痴呆模型大鼠学习记忆能力的下降,抑制背海马和齿状回内β-APP阳性神经元的生成。结论姜黄素对三氯化铝所致的老年性痴呆有明显的改善作用。
Objective To investigate the effects and mechanism of Curcumin on Alzheimer’s disease in a rat model induced by AlCl3.Methods Curcumin were given to rats by intragastric administration for three months.Then the learning and memory abilities of the rats were determined by step-down test and the number of neurons in the Bregma hippocampus containing β-APP proteins were counted.Results Curcumin(0.1,0.3,1.0 g?kg-1?d-1,ig) showed protective effects on the impairment of memory of rats,and the number of neurons in the Bregma hippocampus containing β-APP proteins was decreased.Conclusion Curcumin treatment can improve the learning and memory abilities of rats with Alzheimer’s disease induced by AlCl3 remarkablely.
