摘要 目的建立用高效液相色谱测定石菖蒲挥发油中β-细辛醚含量的方法。方法色谱柱为Venusil XBP-C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);流动相为甲醇-水(60:40),每1 000 mL加入磷酸二氢钾1.4 g,十二烷基磺酸钠1.2 g;柱温30℃;流速1.0 mL?min-1;检测波长257 nm。结果β-细辛醚在8.48~67.84μg?mL-1浓度范围内与峰面积具有良好的线性关系(r=0.999 9);β-细辛醚平均回收率为100.76%;RSD 1.41%。结论该方法灵敏简便,结果准确可靠,可用于β-细辛醚的含量测定。 Objective To establish a high performance liquid chromatographic method for the determination of β-asarone in acori tatarinowii rhizoma.Methods The column was Venusil XBP-C18(250mm×4.6mm,5μm).The mobile phase was methanol-water(60:40),containing 1.4g of potassium dihydrogen phosphate and 1.2 g of SDS per 1 000 mL.The temperature of column was 30℃,with the flow rate 1.0 mL?min-1;the detection wavelength was 257 nm.Results The linear range of β-asarone was 8.48~67.84 μg?mL-1.The average recovery was 100.76% with corresponding RSD of 1.41%.Conclusion The method is sensitive,simple and accurate,and can be used for the determination of β-asarone in Acori tatarinowii rhizoma.
