翡翠贻贝糖胺聚糖的体外抗氧化活性研究 被引量:16

摘要 本试验研究了翡翠贻贝糖胺聚糖的体外抗氧化作用。采用体外试验研究其对羟自由基、DPPH自由基、超氧阴离子的清除作用以及小鼠肝匀浆脂质过氧化的保护作用。结果表明,翡翠贻贝糖胺聚糖体外可清除O2-.、.OH、DPPH.;对小鼠肝脏自发脂质过氧化具有较好的抑制作用,因此,翡翠贻贝糖胺聚糖体外具有很好的抗氧化活性。 The scavenging effect of glycosaminoglycan from Perna viridis on oxygen radicals and its inhibitory effect on lipid peroxidation were studied.And the inhibition effect of glycosaminoglycan from Perna viridis on DPPH was studied as well.Glycosaminoglycan from Perna viridis exhibited a dose-dependent inhibitory effect on the hydroxyl free radical,DPPH and superoxide anion free radical.The substantial antioxidant activity in homogenates of the mice liver also showed a dose-dependent manner.
