摘要
采用传统方法提取陈皮、葛根、黄芩、槐花米,银杏叶5种中药的水溶性成分,用分光光度法检测水提物对羟自由基(.OH)和超氧阴离子自由基(O2-)的清除能力.结果表明,5种中药水提物对.OH和O 2-均具有良好的清除作用.比较发现,对于清除羟自由基而言,槐花米的清除效果最佳,当原液稀释2倍时清除率达到了87.40%;对于清除超氧自由基而言,葛根的清除效果最佳,当原液稀释2倍时清除率达71.21%,并且发现,清除自由基的效应与水提物的浓度成正相关.比较了5种中药水提物清除自由基的能力,以为临床医学应用提供了理论依据.
This experiment is to study and compare the scavenging Free Radical ability of water -soluble components in orange peel, puerarin, scutellaria, baicalensis georgi, and pagoda rice, five Chinese herbal medicines, extracted by traditional Chinese herbal medicine extraction technique. The scavenging effect of extraction on hydroxyl free radical ( · OH) and super oxide free radical(O2-·) by spectrophotometry is tested. The results show that watersoluble components in five Chinese herbal medicines suspense have good scavenging effect on · OH and O2-· As to (· OH), the pagoda rice proves to have the best scavenging ability. When it is doubly diluted, the scavenging ability reaches 87.60% ( · OH). As to( O2-·), puerarin has the best scavenging ability when it is doubly diluted, the scavenging ability gets to 71.21% (O2-·). The comparison of the water - soluble components in the five Chinese herbal medicines provides the theoretical basis for clinical medicine.
