摘要
论述了总有效容积2 000 m3的新型UASB装置,在中温条件下处理高浓度木薯酒精废水的启动运行和污泥含量控制的过程.当反应器稳定运行时,容积负荷可达7 kgCOD/(m3.d),水力停留时间为2 d,污泥保持量在30%~45%,COD去除率达95%以上,出水COD小于500 mg/L.
This is a study of the start - up performance and microbial sludge formation of a 2 000 m3 medium temperature UASB reactor for treating high concentrations cassava alcohol slops. Under the steady condition, the volumetric COD loading could reach 7 kg- COD/( m3 · d) with HRT of 2days and sludge keep 30% - 40% , COD removal rate over 95% , effluent COD less than 500 mg / L.
