高校毕业生服义务兵役制是满足现代战争需要和提高部队战斗力的必然选择。文章从高校毕业生服义务兵役制的法律依据入手,阐述了高校毕业生服义务兵役制的现实意义,并提出了高校毕业生服义务兵役制的几点建议。
