以房地产建设管理系统的特点为基础论述可视化管理系统的优点,提出利用Internet、GIS和三维计算机图形学等技术构建基于B/S的房地产项目三维可视化管理系统的思想,重点介绍系统设计和系统实现的关键技术.该系统采用Visual Studio来实现各功能模块,以直观的形式动态显示工程进展状态.

This paper discusses the advantages of visualization management system from the characteristics of the real estate construction management system, and proposes the ideas of the use of Internet, GIS and 3D computer graphics to build a real estate project 3D visualization management system based on B/S. It focuses on the key of system design and system implementation. This System uses visual studio to achieve each function module, and dynamically display project progress status.
