金工实习教学改革与实践

Teaching Reform and Implement of the Practice in Metalworking

金工实习是一门实践性专业基础课,对于培养学生工程素质,提高工程实践能力具有重要的作用.本文分析了我校金工实习教学存在的问题,提出了改革的方案,介绍了运作的方法.通过教学改革学生感受到了实际工作的氛围,提高了学习的积极性.经过多工种综合训练学生建立了多工种加工工艺概念,初步掌握了处理各工序间的留量、基准等问题的方法,提高了学生的工程素养.

The practice in metalworking is an important primary practical course for students promoting engi- neering application capability. The defects of the course are described and the reform proposal of the course are presented in this paper. The improved course brought students a real working feeling and enhanced their learning initiative. After course learning students established the concept of multiple working processes and learned to solve the problems such as allowance and reference etc. So their engineering qualities were strengthened.
