科学发展观与民族法治建设具有共同的法理基础和价值追求。实践证明,在新的历史条件下,实施依法治国方略,加强法治建设,尤其是加强民族法治建设,具有十分重要的意义。民族法治是我国社会主义法治的重要内容和组成部分,符合我国人民代表大会制度和单一制国家结构的宪法精神和价值取向。民族法治确定并构筑了在法制统一性原则下,以现行宪法、法律为基本渊源;以丰富多彩而独具特色的多民族法文化及民族习惯法为特质;以建立完备的我国社会主义民族法律体系及其监督机制为目标的法的精神价值和治国方略。

The scientific concept of development and the national law system construction share the same jurisprudent base and value pursuit.The practice proves that implementation of state operation according to law,strengthening law system construction,especially national law system is of great significance in the new historical situation.National law system is the important content and component of socialist law system and it is compatible to the constitutional spirit and value momentum of People＇s Congress System and unitary state institutions.National law system builds the spiritual value and state operation strategy to establish the complete socialist national law system and monitoring mechanism based on the uniform principle of law system,basic origin of the existing constitution and law,colorful and characteristic national law culture and customary law.
