摘要
兰新铁路第二双线穿过著名的百里风区、三十里风区,其风力强劲,且出现大风的频率高。为确保列车安全,在这两大风区的核心区设置防风明洞。该区段位于戈壁荒漠地区,自然环境恶劣,建筑材料与施工用水相当缺乏,全部现浇施工的成本和难度较大,而且还存在外部模板难以固定、施工速度慢、施工质量难以保证等缺点。结合明洞荷载特点、结构特点以及施工等因素,对防风明洞采用预制拼装结构的可行性进行了探讨和研究。
The second double-track line of the Lanxin Railway goes through both the "50-km wind region" and the "15-km wind region" ,which are located in the Gebi Desert terrain,and the wind there is strong and of high frequency. To ensure the safety of the train,open-cut anti-wind tunnels are provided in the focus districts of the windy regions. Owing to the fact that these dis- tricts are located in the Gebi Desert whose geographical conditions are very bad,and where there is a serious shortage of build- ing materials and construction water, the full cast-in-place construction of the tunnels would involve high cost and great difficul- ties. Besides, it would be very difficult to fix the external forms and ensure construction quality and the construction speed would be slow. With the characteristics of the loads and structural characteristics of the open-cut tunnels and all the construcion factors taken into account, the feasibility of the segmental precasting scheme for open-cut anti-wind tunnels is explored and studied in the paper.
