既有悬臂施工挂篮加固改造设计分析

摘要 以某斜拉桥施工为背景,利用MIDAS建立了该桥悬臂施工挂篮的3D力学模型,对原设计挂篮的底篮、吊杆及主桁架等进行了计算分析,按多种工况对挂篮进行了检算,计算结果表明既有挂篮某些构件不能满足现行施工规范要求,提出了加固改造措施。对加固后的挂篮重新检算,结果表明结构构件均能满足现行施工规范要求。 With the construction of a certain cable-stayed bridge as a practical example,a three-dimensional model for the hang- ing basket for cantilever construction is established with the help of the software MIDAS in the paper, with the bottom, boom and main truss of the existing hanging basket calculated and analyzed, and the whole hanging basket check-calculated according to a variety of operating conditions of it. The calculation results show that some components of the existing hanging basket can not meet the requirements of the present specifications, in which case some reinforcing and transforming measures for the exist- ing hanging basket are put forward in the paper. After the re-examination of the reinforced and transformed hanging basket, all the structural components of the reinforced hanging basket are found capable of meeting all the requirements of the present specifications.
