基于89C52单片机的光纤型SPR传感网络的设计

摘要 为了实现井下多通道瓦斯浓度的数据采集、处理、通信和测试,设计了一种以单片机器件为核心的光纤型SPR传感网络。围绕单片机器件,该网络同时结合了光开关器件、串口器件。为了实现多路通信,同时考虑到机械光开关具有较低的损耗与较高的扩展性,文中采用32路机械光开关;控制光开关实现32路循环检测的是89C52单片机,此单片机具有大容量,高速率的特点;另外,设计中编写了系统运行时的总程序,并通过Labview软件进行了瓦斯浓度报警仿真实验。 In order to realize the data acquisition, processing, communication and test of underground multi-channel gas concentration, the optical fiber SPR sensor network based on the single-chip device is designed. Aiming at the single-chip device, this network combines optical switching devices with serial devices. In order to achieve multi-channel communications, and taking the mechanical optical switch with low loss and high scalability into account, so 32 groups mechanical optical switches are used; 89C52 single-chip controls the optical switch to realize 32 groups cycle test. This single-chip has high-capacity and high-speed characteristics; In addition, the total program of system operation is written, the gas concentration alarm is simulated by LABVIEW.
