285例甲型H1N1流感患者白细胞总数及分类结果分析 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨外周血白细胞总数及分类计数在甲型H1N1流感患者临床诊断中的价值。方法对285例临床确诊为甲型H1N1流感患者的外周血白细胞总数及分类计数进行统计、分析。结果 285例甲型H1N1流感患者中,白细胞总数正常及降低者273例(95.8%),中性粒细胞分类计数正常者250例(87.7%),淋巴细胞分类计数降低者171例(60%),单核细胞分类计数增高者242例(84.9%)。结论甲型H1N1流感患者外周血白细胞总数一般正常或降低,同时以淋巴细胞计数降低,单核细胞计数增高为多见。外周血白细胞总数及分类计数的变化对辅助诊断甲型H1N1流感具有一定意义。
