摘要
针对地铁列车在使用中主横梁组成易形成疲劳破坏和断裂的问题,通过分析上海地铁6、8号线主横梁受力及对称结构等特点,进行了该横梁的强度分析。应用Hypermesh分析软件对主横梁组成有限元模型进行了模型的前后处理,得到主横梁在强度状况下的应力图和变形图。通过分析主横梁的变形和应力状况,获得该横梁强度是否满足设计要求,并提出合理的改进方案。
This paper makes an analysis on the intensity of the main beam to solve the question of metro main beam which easily leads to weary damage and breaking by analyzing the force of main beam and the characteristics of symmetric structure in Shanghai No.6 and No.8 Lines.It makes a pro and post processing to the finite element model of main beam structure,and gets the stress-strain diagram and deformation diagram of the main beam under the condition of intensity.Through the analysis to the deformation and stress of main beams,we get to know if the intensity of main beam can meet the design requirements,and put forward the reasonable improving plan.
