安徽省城市社区体育自治组织公共关系现状调查与研究

The Status Quo Survey and Study of Public Relations within Self-governing Sports Societies in Cities in Underdeveloped Regions

通过对安徽省8所城市40个社区体育自治组织公共关系现状的探讨,认为目前社区体育自治组织公关意识淡薄,组织形象不高;组织的管理机制不健全;对于体育价值开发不足,内部成员的组织忠诚度不高;组织的体育服务水平较低,开展公共关系的体育资源缺乏。在此基础上提出一系列发展社区体育自治组织公共关系的对策。

Through the investigation of sports self-governing public relations within 40 communities in eight cities of Anhui Province,this paper found many problems like weak sports self-governing public relation consciousness in communities,and low organizing image,and unhealthy governing mechanism,low organizational loyalty within the members,low service level,and poor sports resources to carry out public relations.Accordingly,a series of proposals are put forward for further development of the sports self-governing public relations in communities.
