摘要
脑外伤后的神经细胞死亡,是多种脑外伤后功能障碍的重要原因。运动可在一定程度上促进脑外伤后的功能恢复,但其机制尚不十分清楚。回顾了近期研究结果,分析了运动训练促进脑外伤后功能恢复的可能原因:运动可直接促进神经干细胞的增殖分化,提高某些可促进神经干细胞增殖分化的细胞因子的表达水平,如脑源性神经营养因子、胰岛素样生长因子1和碱性成纤维细胞生长因子及其介导的神经保护相关活动,运动还可抑制Caspase表达,并减少Bax/Bcl-2的比例,从而减少细胞凋亡。
Neural cell death following traumatic brain injury(TBI) is considered as the major cause of dysfunction after many traumatic brain injuries.Physical exercise has been shown to be beneficial to functional recovery after TBI whereas the underlying mechanism is still unclear.This article reviewed latest discoveries and analyzed the possible reasons for the functional recovery of physical exercise to dysfunction induced by TBI: exercise directly promotes proliferation rate of neural stem cells(NSCs).In addition,exercise elevates the expressive level of some cytokines,such as brain derived neurotrophic factor,insulin-like growth factor 1,basic fibroblast growth factor thus encourages NSCs proliferation and protects neuron.Furthermore,exercise suppresses the expression of Caspase and reduces the ratio of Bax/Bcl-2 thereby reduces apoptosis.
