The present status of application and particularity of hydropower project guarantee

从水电建设工程生产实践入手,通过和传统担保的对比,指出了水电工程担保的特殊性,并对传统的担保方式和担保目的局限性提出了疑义,同时对水电工程担保的应用现状进行了分析,明确了几种工程担保在时间上的联系,提醒人们在工程担保的应用中注意风险。

Through comparison between traditional guarantee and hydropower project guarantee,this article points out the particularity of hydropower project guarantee on the basis of construction practice of hydropower project,and raises doubts about limitations of the means and purposes of traditional guarantee.It also introduces the present status of applying several kinds of hydropower project guarantees in the second half herein,and makes clear the time relations among several project guarantee,reminding people of the risks in the application of project guarantee.
