As an essential part in communication,kinesics carries rich cultural senses.With different cultural background,the cultural sense the Chinese and English kinesics have varies.This paper first analyzes the characteristics and functions of kinesics and then compares Chinese kinesics with the English one from the aspects of their cultural senses,and then focuses on analyzing the translation strategies of kinesics from the cultural perspective.
