摘要
介绍和分析了"灰领"人才在市场上具有一定竞争力的原因,由此引发了对高校人才培养模式的全新思考,指出了职业化培养模式对高等教育的几点启示,提出了学校要从长远做好学生的职业生涯规划,提高就业能力。
This paper introduces and analyses the reason with certain competitive power to grey-collar in talent market.So this phenomenon causes the new thought to the colleges talent training mode.It points out that professional training mode has some revelations for higher education,and the school makes the best to complete the long-term career planning,and improves the employment ability.
