区域公办中等职业教育投入的差异分析

Variance Analysis of Investment for State-owned Medium-sized Vocational Education in Local Areas

通过分析我国公办中等职业教育预算内生均事业费投入、生均教育经费指数发现,政府投入的力度仍然不够,这表现在近几年一些省份生均经费指数几乎没有增长,个别省份甚至有所下降。不仅东、中、西地区间教育投入不平衡,地区内部,尤其是中部地区的各省市之间生均教育经费指数的差距要比东部、西部各省市之间的差距更加明显,东部发达地区对中等职业教育的投入力度下降。针对上述问题,依据中等职业教育的特点,有必要为解决我国公办中等职业教育投入的地区差异提出政策建议。

By an analysis of investment for state-owned medium-sized vocational education in China, it is found that the government investment is not adequate, and in some local areas the amount of investment is not balanced, i.e. there exists a great variance. It is necessary to propose some measures to deal with the variance in investment for state-owned medium-sized vocational education in local areas.
