Some Thoughts on Reform to Higher School Journals

高校学报要实现从"全、散、小、弱"向"专、特、大、强"转型,必须从实际出发,客观认识学报存在的问题,既要有历史眼光又要与时俱进,不断改革创新。要对学报改革进行具体分析,改变目前的学术评价机制,注重培养一批优秀学报编辑。

The reform to higher school journals should be based on the reality and the existing problems, and meanwhile it should take into account the history and the features at present time. It should be dealt with in an elaborate way by changing the current academic appraisal system and by training a group of qualified journal editors.
