汽车后视镜检具设计

Design of checking tool for automobile rearview mirror

采用CATIA软件设计了汽车后视镜检具模型,进行了工艺规程分析,对检具进行了数控加工仿真,生成数控程序,并进行了加工实验。应用结果表明,该检具满足质量要求,缩短了产品的生产周期,提高了产品的制造精度。

The checking tool for the automobile rearview mirror is designed with CATIA software. We have both the technical schedule analysis and digital control process simulation to generate the digital control program for the processing experiments. The application results show that the tool can meet the quality requirements, shorten the production cycle and improve the processing accuracy.
