骨肉瘤患儿术后生活质量的调查分析

Analysis of the postoperative quality of life in children with osteosarcoma

目的通过调查骨肉瘤患儿术后的生活状况,了解骨肉瘤患儿的生活质量及其影响因素。方法选择2008年1月—2009年8月在上海交通大学医学院附属瑞金医院确诊并施行手术的骨肉瘤患儿和良性骨肿瘤患儿各40例,采用欧洲癌症研究与治疗组织的癌症患者生命质量测定量表(EORTC QLQ-C30)进行调查。结果骨肉瘤患儿和良性骨肿瘤患儿在躯体功能、社会功能和心理功能等各方面比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。保肢组与截肢组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论骨肉瘤患儿术后的生活状况存在着诸多问题,对这些患儿要给予更多的心理干预和社会各界的帮助,提高骨肉瘤患儿的生命质量。

Objective To investigate the postoperative quality of life（QOL） and related influencing factors in children with osteosarcoma.Methods The 40 children with osteosarcoma（osteosarcoma group,including limb-salvage subgroup and amputation subgroup）,and 40 children with benign bone tumors（benign bone tumor group,including osteoma,osteoid osteoma,osteochondroma,chondroma,and giant cell tumor） were selected in our hospital from January 2008 to August 2009.They were all evaluated by QOL Questionnaire（QLQ-C30）.Results There were significant differences in physical,social and psychological functioning between the osteosarcoma group and benign bone tumor group（P0.01）.In the osteosarcoma group,there was no significant difference between limb-salvage subgroup and amputation subgroup（P0.05）.Conclusion There exist many problems in postoperative QOL in children with osteosarcoma.They need more psychological intervention and help from the society to improve their QOL.
