腹腔镜手术术后并发症的病例分析

目的：探讨腹腔镜术后并发症及因素分析。方法：选取我院2000年6月至210年6月收治的1406例普外科腹腔镜手术患者，分析其手术类型、术后并发症的发生率夏种类。结果：该组患者术后并发症36例，发生率为2．6％。其中胆囊切除术、肝切除、阑尾炎、卵巢良性肿瘤和盆腔炎的并发症发生率分别为2．4％（15／637），3．1％（5／160），2．5％（7／275），2．6％（5／189），2．7％（4／145）。其中胆囊切除术的并发症高于其他手术，P〈0．05。主要并发症的类型有皮下积气、出血、感染等。结论：腹腔镜术后并发症应引起高度重视，其发生率与手术难度有关，应正确掌握手术指征，提高手术技巧。

Objective to investigate the complications and factor analysis of laparoscopie. The type of main complications have subcutaneous product gas, hemorrhage, infection, etc. Conclusion laparoseopic postoperative complications should be attached, its incidence and op- eration difficulty relevant, should grasp surgical indications, improve operation skills.
