腹腔镜与开腹手术治疗输卵管妊娠的对比分析

Analysis of laparoscopic surgery non--reptured tubal preghancy with Open the comparative

目的：通过比较腹腔镜与开腹手术治疗输卵管妊娠的临床效果，分析腹腔镜治疗精卵管妊娠患者的优点。方法：随机选取我院白2008年10月至2010年10月行手术治疗输卵管妊娠的患者120例，其中行腹腔镜手术组70例，开腹手术组50例，对其临床资料进行回顾性分析，比较两组患者的术中出血量、手术时问、绒毛膜促性腺激素（HCc）转阴天数、术后腹痛消失时间、排气时间、下床活动时间、尿管留王时间等各项观察指标。结果：两组患者术中、术后恢复情况比较：腹腔镜组与开腹组患者在术中出血量、术后腹痛消失时间、恢复排气时间、下床活动时间、尿管留置时同等方面差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。而手术时间、血HCG转阴时间方面差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论：腹腔镜治疗榆卵管妊娠其临床效果优于传统开腹手术，可作为临床喵选手术方式，值得推广应用。

Objective： Laparoscopic surgery non--reptured tubal preghancy with laparotomy, analysis the clinical effect of laparoscopic treatment of patients non--reptured tubal preghancy advantages. Methods： Our selected randomly from October 2008 October 2010 do surgery non--reptured tubal preghancy withl20 patients, including 70 patients laparoscopic surgical, 50 cases of surgical operation, the clinical data were retrospectively analyzed by comparing two sets of patients peri--operative bleeding, operation time, human chorionic gonadotropin （HCC） and postoperative cloudy days disappear time, exhaust time abdominal activity time, under the bed, the retained urinary canal time observing indexes. Results： Two groups of patients intraopera- rive, postoperative recovery： laparoscopic group compared with patients in the open group peri-- operative bleeding arLd postoperative abdominal pain disap- peared time, restore exhaust time, bed, urinary canal activity time retained time ete are statistically significant difference （P〈0.05）. And operation time, blood HCG differences shade time was not statistically significant（P〉0.05）. Conciuslons： Laparoscopie treatment non--reptured tubal preghancy its clinical effect is better than that of traditional open surgery, can be used as clinical preferred operation method, it is worth oouularizing.
