摘要
目的：观察金葡素注射液对晚期胃癌DCF方案化疗增效减毒作用。方法：68例晚期胃癌患者随机分为两组，治疗组36例给予DCF方案化疗联用金葡素注射注；对照组仅予DCF方案化疗。观察两组近期疗效、毒副反应、细胞免疫指标．结果：治疗组总有效率44．4％、细胞免疫功能提高，指标均好于对照组（P〈0．05），毒副反应发生率低于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论：金葡素注射液联合DCF方案化疗能提高晚期胃癌近期疗效、改善患者免疫功能、减轻化疗毒副反应。
Objective To observe the The synergistic and attenuated effect of staphylococcus injection in treated with DCF chemotherapy for advanced gastric cancer. Methods 68 patients with advanced gastric cancer patients were randomly divided into the observation group of 36 patients given chemother- apy in conjunction with DCF staphylococcin, and the control group of 32 patients given DCF regimen only. Short--term effect, toxicity and indicators of cellular immunity were observed. Results The total effective was 44.4%, immune function improved, indicators are better than the control group （P〈0. 05）. Toxicity in observation group was lower than in control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Staphylococcus injection combined with DCF chemotherapy in advanced gastric cancer can increase the short--term efficacy, improve immune function, reduce the toxicity of chemotherapy.
