摘要
目的：探讨心理护理应用于子宫切除患者的临床效果。方法：960例子宫切除患者患者根据其具体情况，在术前和术后康复期给予合适的心理护理，护理前后采用SCL-90问卷进行效果评价。结果：所有患者均顺利手术，护理后SCL-90总分和单项得分均有显著性改善（P〈O．05）。结论；心理护理对于保证手术顺利进行和改善患者心理状态有积极意义，值得临床考虑。
Objective： To explore the clinical effect of psychological nursing used for patients with hysterectomy surgery. Methods： According to con- crete states,960 cases of patients were given proper psychological nursing before surgery and recovered period after surgery. The SCL--90 was used for e- valuation. Results： All patients were taken surgery smoothly, and the total scores and each index of SCL--90 was significantly better after nursing （P〈 0.05） Conclusion： Psychological nursing is meaningful for guaranteeing the smooth surgery and improving psychological states, so it deserved considering in clinical work.
