经腹部与经阴道超声对产后宫内残留物的诊断价值比较研究

The comparison of diagnostic value of abdominal and transvaginalultrasound diagnosis of postpartum intrauterine residue

目的：对比经腹部超产与经阴道超声对于产后宫内残留物的诊断准确率，研究两者的诊断价值。方法：对我院收治的105例产后不规则阴道出血患者分别经腹部以及经阴道进行超产检查诊断，将结果分别与病理诊断结果进行对比，得出经腹部超声诊断以厦经阴道超声诊断的准确率，并对比两者间统计学差异性。结果：经腹部超声检查的准确率为78．10％，误诊率为21．90％；经阴道超声检查的准确串为96．19％，误诊率为3．81％。结论：经阴道超声检查的准确率显著高于经腹部超声检查的准确率，经阴道超声检查具有迅速准确的明显优势，可为产后宫内残留物的诊断提供重要且准确的科学依据。

Objective Contrast the diagnosis of postpartum intrauterine residue accuracy by abdominal ultrasound and transvaginal ultrasound, study the diagnostic value of both. Methods Carried out abdominal and transvaginal ultrasound diagnosis to105 patients in our hospital patients with postpartum vaginal bleeding, compared the results with pathologic diagnosis, obtained the diagnostic accuracy of by abdominal ultrasound and transvaginal ultrasound, and compared the statistical difference between the two. Results The accuracy of abdominal ultrasonography is 78. 10%, the misdiagnosis rate is 21.90% The accuracy of transvaginal ultrasound is 96.19%, the misdiagnosis rate is 3.81% Conclusions The accuracy of transvaginal ultrasound is significantly higher than by abdominal ultrasonography, transvaginal ultrasonography has the obvious advantage of quickly and accurately, can provide important and accurate scientific basis for the diagnosis of postpartum intrauterine.
