心血管疾病病人住院跌倒的原因分析及管理对策

目的：分析心血管疾病住院病人跌倒的常见原因，为防范心血管病人跌倒提供依据。方法：回顾性分析自2004年1月1日～2011年5月31日我科共收治的5759例病人，发生意外的跌倒病人28例的相关因素。结果：发生意外的跌倒的28例，发生率是0．485％，在卫生间是14例（50％），时间18：00—8：0018（64．3％），入院时间〈3d：12例（42．8％），时间3—7d：10例（35．7％）。结论：要加强工作人员的工作责任心，做好入院宣教，特别在护士人少的时段，更要密切关注病人的情况，改进环境的因素，为病人提供一个安全、舒适的住院环境。
