手术室护士针刺伤的原因分析及防范对策

目的：调查了解手术室护士发生针刺伤的现状，探讨职业暴露安全防护措施。方法：采用问卷调查于2010年5月对我院54名手术室护士进行针刺伤随机问卷调查。结果：发现81．4％的护士发生过针刺伤，年均刺伤在二次以上占81．8％，其中被污染针头刺伤占84％，有79．5％的护士在刺伤后均采用消毒处理，但只有4．5％的人向上级汇报并抽血样检查。结论：手术室护士针刺伤发生率高，自我防护知识淡漠。因此应加强职业防护知识培训，提高防范意识，规范操作行为，减少针刺伤给护士带来的危害。
